We're also near major driving routes to Vancouver International Airport, Horseshoe Bay and Tswassen ferry terminals, as well as near the major bus routes.

Vancouver's climate is temperate. Vancouver is near Canada's southern Canada/USA border and right on an ocean inlet. Summers are very enjoyable, and winters are warmer than most Canadian cities, with very little snow (except on the nearby ski hills).
